God answers our Prayers
Through our ears

We pray and pray and pray
For things we think we want

We do and do and do
The work to get those things

Then we reach a crossroads

A crossroads

We are forced to ask ourselves

What is the purpose of our action
What is it that we really want

What is that Thorn on our side

Then we cry

We cry and cry and cry

And we realize what it is
We want

But we are too scared to ask
What we want

Because it seems hard
Because it seems long
Because it seems impossible

So we run away

And we pray and pray and pray
For things to hide the pain

And we do and do and do
To forget the pain

But our tears suddenly burst
Like the Narmada dam

Our tears are God's message
To Us

God answers our Prayer
Through our Tears

Then we know

The right things to pray
The right things to do

And we can only hope
That miraciously
Things finally fall into Place
