podcasts and audio books for iphones?

Hi,
I was just wondering how to maximize the use of iphone. recently i have been listening to audio books and kids enjoy too. instead of playing games on phone i make them listen to fav books. what else do u do?
how do u download and listen to indian songs,devotional songs in phone?
i find this so annoying ( mainly ignorance) on how to download, save transfer files from computer to phone etc.
if you have tips pls let me know. also what are the other options?

Any song from youtube can be converted into mp3 and downloaded to your computer, then you can load in your smart phone.

Pocket is awesome, just checked it. how different is it from evernote? as i have been using evernote for bookmarks and links for reading later. will use it and see how it goes.

Audible has only first audio book free after that it is 14.95$ per month. but for the first free book i am going to try how it goes. thanks!!

Vidhya can you please tell me how to convert youtube audio to mp3? i can save my fav bajans and tunes to phone.

There is a website www. youtube-mp3.org
You go there and copy the link from youtube which you want it to be converted,
then download it to your computer.
