    I am suffering from sinusitis, plz do suggest some remedies...and i am having pain near my nose, sometimes my nose is itching a lot....help me friends

    Using jala neti is very good for getting rid of sinusitis. If practiced daily over the course of months it can works wonders. Be sure the get the ratio of water to salt correctly in order for optimum comfort.
