Since my husband has got an offer, I'm planning to relocate to dubai with my 1 yr old son, I would be great if you can help to get an idea about the establishment expenses that we need to be prepared, 1. i'd like to know the rent details for 1 Bedroom flat or studio [ What would be the advance payment & how many months?] 2.Which area would be best & convenient to settle in? Hi, Warm welcome to UAE.Regarding house u can stay in Karama itself.Karama is the best place for Indians to stay.In some places they will ask for 1month.Most of the places they ask for 3months rent(4installments for 1yr contract). The rent in Dubai will be higher when compared to sharjah.So most people prefer to stay in sharjah. U can get all the grocery items in the nearby store itself.Hope this helps u.
