Dear Ladies, I have H1 Visa and trying to get an interview for dotnet skills. Though I can see many job postings in dice,monster(am also applying) I am not getting any chance of interviews(phone interview atleast).. Every consultant asks whether you can transfer H1 or can I work on W2....and when i say currently i cant( becoz of paychecks),the opportunity is turned down. I dont have work experience in USA but trying get a job ASAP.But I am finding that Corp to Corp jobs are very rare. I've been waiting for so long( becoz of pregnancy) to start working. When I thought I am ready to start my trials in job search,I am not getting any interview calls. what to do now? Did anyone get a job on just H1 Visa status(I mean not an EAD/Green Card Holder)and also on Corp to Corp basis? Could you please please please share here if any of H1B Visa Holder succeeded in their attempts to get a job in USA.
Hi... You mentioned you have an H1 then whom are you working with on W2 as in who holds ur H1? IF you want projects you can try working on contract positions in ur area
How u r maintaining the status without paystub? Bench? Have u checked with ur employer who holds h1b?
