This is very interesting.I have never made pudina chutney before. Does anyone have recipe for Getti Chutney. I think that's what they call in restaurants in Chennai. I would appreciate if someone can give me the recipe for it? Asha
1 cup of pudhina leaves 1/4 cup of corriander leaves 2 tbsp of urud dal 1/4 cup of coconut (cut pieces) garlic 6 pieces little pinch of tamarind Green chilly 3 or 4 salt to taste asofetida powder three to 4 pinch fry one by one in the same vessel.. and allow it to cook then grind.. garlic adds taste.. asofetida adds good flavour.. Try this... it is too yummy
