Hi All, Not sure if this is a valid prayer request to be posted here, but I want to hear words and phrases from my son who shall be 4 soon. He has genetic disorder which results in delayed milestones.. Hearing "mom" and other bondings from him has become my primary need now... The words come and go but are not consistent in pattern and usage and not repeated frequently even within the month. He's an active child who uses sign language to express, goes to school and therapy centers.... and there is so much that I understand with his sounds and he coordinates with me.. but now the world expects him to speak to judge his IQ levels, or to express his basic needs. I believe prayers can do miracles for some cases and hence request you to pray for him to speak and behave as normal as possible.
shilpama, long time...how is your son. i can so related to what you are craving for. my son had very delayed speech. he spoke only when he was 3.. My prayers are with him and you..

Also thanks to all who remembered me still, I missed you all as well.. was having health issues due to v hectic and emotionally unnerving experiences that I was going thru. Now all seems to be towards the road to recovery and hence getting more time and energy to socialize. Love to all and thanks for praying for my son ....
