Pls Help - Makeup to cover dark circles

Hi friends

I am fighting with dark circle for the last 10 yrs; I got it when i was studying; I have tried cucumber, nothing works much;

Went for dark circle treatment at beauty parlour and it was little less;

I have tried garnier, aromagic, biotigue etc

I even used gel pack;

I dont sleep till 12 or 1 at night;

I want to atleast look little better;

I tried lakme concealer; it did not work;

can anyone tell me good makeup (not too expensive) to cover my dark circles

Do u make potato paste and store and use or make it fresh;
