Hi IL's We finalised two properties. One in Medavakkam, the other in madambakkam. The probelm is each one is having merits n demerits. Please share your thoughts also. It will surely help me and my husband. Medavakkam- 1.Property in second floor. But open terrace is there in the same floor itself. 2.Kitchen is in North-west side. 3.Only 1 km from Main road. Even for a sjop we have to walk 1 km. 4.Paddy field is near by. Easr and North side are residential Madambakkam- 1.Madambakkam is 3km from Main road. Vehicle is must. But no car parking. 2.Marutham Construction. 3.Good residential area. We can get everything within walkable distance. 4.Property is on main road itself. 5.Gated community. PLease..pls..pls.. through your ideas by considering resale value also. Thanks.
Do you own a flat in Madambakkam Hi IL's, How is the area Madambakkam.. Anybody is staying there..? is it residential? Any shoping Malls, Schools, Hospitals near by? Please share your thoughts about Sq feet rate also. We are looking for 2 BHK apartments. Thanks.
