Thank you dear Gowri for your thoughtfulness .She is getting better now, and I'm devoting a lot of time ministering to her.
Dear Vaidehi, Yes, it truly is heartwrenching when our dear little pets suffer and we are helpless to erase the pain.Julie has improved a lot since last week and hope she recovers fully. Thanks for your thoughtful message
Dear Bhooma, Thank you for your thoughtful message.Julie is showing some improvement and I hope and pray she recovers well enough to be around for some more time. Being 14 years old now, everything is touch and go and we really can't say that she will be fully well as of earlier...but we are all hoping for the best. She is not in pain anymore which is a great relief to us.
Dear Yashi, Thank you for your kind message .Yes, we have to be ready for the eventuality as you said .Having gone through this before you know well the effects of that on oneself.Nevertheless the final call has to be answered by all. Julie is showing a little improvement but that does not rule out the worst that could take place any time as she ie 14 years old.Trying to be brave.
Dear Shel, Thanks for your kind message, really appreciate it. Julie is a 14 year old toy Spitz breed. We have a 3 year old Labrador called Romeo too.Their pictures are in my album page I'm giving the medicines with the syringe as you have described. The tablets are first powdered and dissolved in water and thern administered.Even then it is quite a struggle with her stubborn nature. She has improved a lot but does not take her usual food now...this is the new problem now.Feeding has also become via syringe now !
Hi Paulina I am not much informative to advise or suggest on juliet's health. All I can do is pray for it. Dont worry. You will not be sad, good things will happen. My prayers and love to you both.
Nice to hear the improvements in Juliet.. It's all because of your care... Enjoy being with her! sriniketan
Dear Paulina, It'll take some time to be familiar with that method to adminster food and medicine. Even I've to feed my pet with syringe only. At first, he hesitated to drink. Now he enjoys it. Sometimes he chews it, and sometimes he tries to sucks it ..... Feed Her like a baby, she'll love it.......
Dear sigmabeta, Thank you so much for your kind message .Only those who have experienced the pain of seeing pets suffer will be able to share in the feeling.
