hi Alpa, When you read the repsonses you get, you must be feeling betetr already, as all of us are with you.... Dont worry too much. Talk out to yourself and cry out as much as that will reduce the burden thats on the heart and mind. Do relax and sit quiet for 15 minutes, eyes closed, either in a silent atmosphere or with any light music ........ let the thoughts come and go........... even if it makes you cry, thats ok, you must feel better in a couple of days..... There are always testing times ........ its ok.. God bless,

Dear Vaidehi, Samayal, happywoman, deepasriganesh,advitha,shanvy, oosha, hat, sujanak, sudhakailas,prettina thank you all for being there for me, i know i have to be calm and positive and not to think negative and i have been doing that it is wrong, being a practising buddhist i should let go of my attachment and just move on i have stopped meditating for a month due to laziness but today after i spoke to my elder sister at home asshe felt something was wrong since saturday and she told me let it go leave it, i just need to be calm and thats what i am going to do, God sometimes acts in funny ways, he gives happiness and then takes it away. i have been through so much in my life and was always strong but this time i am very heart broken and i am not going to cry anymore. i love you all, hugs to you all too, but please continue praying with me. love alpa:cheers
