Please help to find a QA/Testing job in Bay area

    Dear All,

    I am looking for QA/Testing job in Bay area since last 6 weeks but no luck so far. I have 6 years of experience in India but here I am no getting a single interview call. I have registered and applied on all the major job portals / craiglist and also apply instantly whenever any new opening appears .
    Although my profile matches number of openings but somehow i do not receive any call when i apply.
    Consultants call sometimes but nothing happens.

    Can anyone guide me what am i lacking in my efforts to find a job.
    I never thought finding a job would be so difficult even with a strong 6 years of experience.

    Can anyone recommend any consultants.

    Please help me.

    You are aware that the country is going thru a bad period of unemployment and recession. There are many QA with 10 years of experience some in US, who are jobless. 6 weeks is nothing, be patient and keep looking

    Hi stuti,
    u got the job? r u working now? if ur working please help me to get job or any consultants to work, i completed bachelor's in CSE and ASTQB certified with 3years exp in manual testing and having GC.
