My kurti measurements are fine but when I stretch my arms forward there is tightness at the back and in the arm round of my half sleeve. Where have I gone? Please give your suggestions.

Give extra seam allowance and leave 1/2" extra for loosening. Tight fitting kurtis will give such discomfort while wearing.

Make stitch line according to your need. For example if u have given 2" for seam for armhole and body measurements, and you need 1" for body and 11/2" for arm sleeve ,u can adjust the stitch line accordingly.
