Playgroup for 2.5 to 4 yr olds

I have a 2.5 yr old now and I am planning to start a playgroup with moms and kids (2.5 yr - 4yr) in Golden Sands area Bur Dubai.
As I am from karnataka , I am looking forward to make a group from Karnataka (No offense to others !) .
