The brand name is DOCTOR Extra Soft Slippers. I searched it in Ortho footwear for women.

I realized that wearing a full arch support slippers will make a huge difference in this PF issues. I was wearing a slipper (vionic) for more than an year and have to replace it. So I was searching for another good one with full support. Meanwhile, I stopped using any slippers at home and I was just walking barefoot in Jan and until now.
My heel started to hurt how it used to be in the beginning. It just triggers the pain and flare up. I am going to the store today to buy a new support slippers to wear at home.

I have been using vionic slippers for last several years and really like them .
Try using compression socks too .

In the morning do the stretches to kick start the blood flow
In the night make sure to use frozen water ball to relieve stress .
As long as you do the foot care you can do activities without pain
Self care is the best medicine in my experience

What's frozen water ball? Never heard of this exercise. Will check in Google.

I do wear compression stockings from thigh to toe as I have bulgy varicose veins in my calf area behind the knee.
I am not sure if my varicose veins are the reason for this plantar fasciitis. Because I have both these issues on the same leg.

Put water bottle in freezer . In the night roll it under your feet to help the muscle soreness .
Compression socks is what I use
    I don't wear stockings .

Thank you mangaii for your input.
For me relief came in form of castor oil. With 2-3 drops of castor oil I massage soles of my feet which reduces morning pain quickly.
I look forward to receiving more tips here to cure PF.

Do you mix Castor oil with anything? To apply it on the feet at night?? Never tried this.

Hi gknew - I use only castor oil. Since it is very thick oil, I take one drop at a time and massage into stiff part of sole. Since I am using to combat dryness, I use it at room temperature, no heating.
