It will be great help if you share your knowledge or experience on this issue. In June I visited foot and ankle specialist, he mentioned I have Plantar Fascia with pretty bad condition. AS per his knowledge surgery is required for both feet. His concern is - this surgery takes prolonged recovery, but left with no option. His guess is, its genetic.

All my muscles from knee till ankle are tightened. Because of it tightened nervs started pulling toes. My pinky toe rolled over on both feet, hence I wont be able to wear any shoe as its causes for rub on those toes. I tried cushions, rock tape, etc. All thee are temporary remedies. Last week I had follow up appointment, but I canceled it as I am not ready for it yet. But hubby forcing me to get checked at least to see how early we need to go for surgery.

Mistakes I have done , after my first visit: Dindt follow stretching exercises, massages, night boots, etc. Now I am not sure nothing have changed from last visit. I am getting on gear for all those now.

Please share your knowledge on this : Is surgery mandatory?
