and I am sooooper scared. I am planning to go on CD2 as the clinics have suggested, which should be in a day or 2. Just the anticipation, opening up myself to medical procedures (when I never even went for a surgery till now) , lack of support, no mom around to hold and cry, not so much understanding with h, Dad just cries if he sees me crying. First thing, maybe I will get a maid to help around house work. Never had ever since mom passed, so 6 months. I will be turning 43 soon, so I might have to go for higher prcedures and with h not cooperating on peak days, and my age, I am on quite the tenterhooks.
I will be looking like a lost puppy in the hospital when I go. I dont know the procudure, they did explain me but I dont think they did step by step in detail. I will look for youtube videos. but thats that. Rest is all on me.
Pray for me. Bless me. Hope I do go thru it really and not get cold feet at the right time.

All the best sociallifein30s..Its not as scary as it seems....when i did that initially as i had no prior experience of medical procedures..i thought of celebrities going in for surgical correction of nose and all..they are not scared as they are focussing on the result so you also do that .Your result is going to b far far better . A beautiful healthy baby ..your little companion for the rest of your life..

    Wish you best of luck.
Most important is to not get stressed and try to stay calm and relaxed.

    I
I dont plan to take him along. He is super ignorant of even period or pains. Very unlucky at saying the wrong things at the wrong time. I am quite intolerable even in general when I am stressed out. Add fear, uncertainty, money and I am inviting a disaster. Either I will be going myself or taking a friend. Definitely not him

All the best & wish you Godspeed.
A scene to have vicarious exp.

H was getting ready for office and was taking a bath. I took the pregnancy test in another bathroom and froze upon seeing the two pink lines. We were trying to conceive for the previous few months but still I was somewhat surprised to see it.
    I knocked on his door.
    He: “What?”
    Me: “Come out.”
    He: “WHAT?”
Me: “Will you just COME OUT!”
He opened the door and wiped his face off water and pushed wet hair away from his eyes.
    I just stood mute.
    He: “What is it?”
I showed him the stick. He had no clue what it was, even though he was the one who purchased it!
He, with growing annoyance on being interrupted for seemingly no reason: “What is this?”
I simply uttered three words: “Pregnancy test. Positive.”
I could see the exact moment when it clicked him and his face cleared. He broke into a big brilliant smile and excitedly asked me, “Are you sure?”
Me: “Yes. I think so. But we still have to go to hospital to confirm.”
He, still grinning: “Okay. Let’s go today.”
I had never seen him this happy. And his infectious mood rubbed on me as well.
Me: “Hmm. Let’s go tomorrow.” I wanted this day to be ours, before we let our parents know. We were still incredulous.
The smile remained on his face. And still does even after 7 months.

Let God turn your h be so .
    Regards.

My mom told me that Right Words uttered right moment in right place in front of right people would do a world of good in the long run and pay rich dividends later too if not immediately. I also believe the Often called "happy hormone," dopamine secretes more resultin in feelings of well-being. A primary driver of the brain's reward system, it spikes when we experience something pleasurable.
    Thanks and Regards.
    God Bless.
