Places to see in Lucknow and Kanpur!

Hi All,

I will be traveling to Lucknow and Kanpur for my official meetings for some 15-20 days next month...

Just wanted to know if there are any good places to see or hangout or some good tourist destinations of these two cities.
Also, please let me know the must see places and the must take stuff from these places....it can be a food item, or a work of art or anything that is unique and famous to be taken as a souvenir.

I have already heard a lot about chikankari work suits of lucknow, can anyone suggest some good markets from where these things can be taken.

But that will be costly, You can go to Chawk ( market) there you will get good and conventional work. You can get a lot of varieties also there...ask me if you want any more information.[/FONT]
