Pins and needles sensation

I had pins and needles sensation all over my body now and then some months back.So went to the doctor had a blood test done for sugar.It was fine.Then they did a test for nerves and Vitamin A.Doctor said it might be a deficiency of VITAMIN A ,so I was given VITAMIN,for some months there was nothing,then now again now and then especially after noon till noon.Once I sleep and get up in the morning nothing,it is not on all days.What is it?any idea?

Don't think its a vitamin deficiency. Do you sleep enough? So you have any stress?

Any family history of headaches or migraines?

May be some infection as well.

no stress,but as my sleep is interrupted .I have had migraines years back but not now.

Ohh... It's better to check neurologist again mate. An EEG will do.

Sleeping is very very important. Without it we are not giving proper rest to our brain and it will start acting crazy sometimes.

Kanaka mam, pls consult your family physician first, if he suggests you to go to Neuro then you can proceed...He will definitely find out the reason much better. Pls do not go straight away to any specialists. This is my 2 cents...
