Pimple marks

HI,
I have a problem with my skin before my periods.Small boils or pimples/acne appear before the onset of my periods but they dissappear after my menses.I believe its because of the hormonal changes.Well what bothers me is the mark that they leave behind after they dissappear.Can anyone suggest a homemade or a clinically approved method to clear those black marks.?.I have an oily skin basically the T zone.I am 28 yrs old..

I sail in the same boat as you do.. and recently began using a cream called "pimple cure". It isan ayurvedic/herbal cream and totally free from side effects , easily available in all pharmacies.You can give it a try if interested and hope to hear from you soon that you skin has become flawless.

hi ramya,
use chandan powder and turmeric mix them with rose water and apply as a pack wash wen dry.it will get rid of the marks as well as cool the body.try avoidin fried n oily stuff just before ur periods.also try using biotique's clove oil and turmeric face pack helps a lot with pimple marks and also acne.hope this info helps.

hi Ramya,

drink lot of water to avoid pimples and wash face. for pimple marks crush tulsi leaves with lemon juice apply on face keep for 10min u can do it daily or alternate days, u will get good result.

I have same problem,I am using Benzoyl Peroxide cream which is available in medical stores which really works.:2thumbsup:

pl visit a dermatologist
looks like u have some harmonal problem
he wud suggest u to use some creams and antibiotics if required
if u cant visit him
use calamine regularly
urs is oily skin looks like so
get a regular clean up and avoid pimples , w hite heads and black heads

- Apply a mixture of turmeric and neem on the face to get rid of pimples.
- Your skin needs frequent cleansing to ensure that the pores are not clogged. Use a gentle cleanser at least 2-3 times a day. Applying a good pimple-free cream at night.
- Some ppl stop using moisturisers and creams thinking it will lead to more pimples. But imp to keep skin moisturised.
- Avoid oil-rich and fatty food
- Eat lots of greens
- Soak four to five methi seeds in a glass of water and keep overnight. Drink in morn with a four black raisins. Great for clearing skin.
- If you have scars from acne and pimples get a good peel treatment for your skin from a reputed clinic. Recommend some of the peels from Kaya skin clinic.
