    old thread but i would say that is a crime!!
    these days hitting a child is not allowed in school.If this continues,the child must have the confidence to tell the parents and then severe action should be taken..

    Back those days,hitting a child,insulting them in front of other classmates were considered the norm.It has affected too many children emotionally.this has to stop and severe action should be taken on that school
