Periods length after Miscarriage

Hi,

I had a miscarriage with my 2nd pregnancy few months ago. My periods have resumed after the miscarriage but the cycle length has changed. Before I had the miscarriage, I was a regular 29 days cycle person. No matter what happened I knew one thing was sure in my life - that I would get my periods on the 29th day.

Now the cycle length after my miscarriage has become, 33 days, 34 days. We are TTC but this cycle length change is making it harder to track when I would Ovulate.

Is this normal to have changes in the cycle length after a miscarriage ? Would this be a permanent change ? Is there something I could do?

Also, how to track ovulation with a 33 and 34 days cycle ?
