    That's calories burnt in a day, I guess everyone burns that much thinkingsmiley.

    Is that right never check it,will try on weekend and see...fir 2,3 hours I just burn 300 calories....

    sorry priyasrini it cant be right as looking at the trends in your calories and steps it should be around 225 calories not 2250 calories no one can burn that much calories in a day as your daily intake calories is 1200 -1800 depends on your BMR you required to burn only 300 to lose weight and 500 to burn fat .. do check it

    Hey blessbabydust,

    I don't know how it works but I wear my tracker all day and it monitors all my activities, and when I check at the end of the day, these are the figures.

    So today's numbers are: 11000 steps and 2250 calories ( again, it's for the entire day).
    I worked out for 50 mins, that's about 5000 steps and 400 calories. Hope that answers your Qs.
