Ingredients ========= onion- 2 basmati rice - 2 cup green peas - 200gm elachi-2 clove-1 cashewnut-5 bayleaf-2 butter-2 tsp coriander powder-3/4 powder coriander leaver and mint leave - 1/2 bunch ginger-grinded chilly - 3 refined oil- 1 tsp salt - needed method: ======= 1.keep the pressure cooker in a stove.add butter into a pan. after thet add oil too. 2.in that, add clove,bayleaf,cashewnut,sliced onion,chilli and saute them till it makes golden brown. 3.Then add the green peas and saute well. 4. Then add ginger grinded,coriander leaves,mint leaves and then saute. 5. now add coriander powder too. 6.Then add 1 1/2 cup water and add rice, salt. 7. switch off cooker after 1 whistle. 8.Super pulao will get ready. make potato fry or cauliflower manchurian as nside dish
My version of simple peas pulav is basmathi rice-1 cup water - 2 cups fresh peas -1/2 cup Onion chopped - 1 cloves - 4 cardomom -1 cinnamon sticks small - 2 Bay leaf -1 slit green chillies -4 oil Garlic crushed-2 lobes ghee/butter - 1 table spoon soak basmati rice for atleast 20 minutes. drain water fry cloves, cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon sticks in oil add crushed garlic. saute add onions and green chillies.saute add fresh peas .saute add salt. add 1 tablespoon ghee/butter now add drained rice and stir for 2 minutes. Pressure cook for just 2 whistles.

Hi I grind ginger,garlic,coriander leaves,green chillies,small onions. I fry this paste and add peas.Rest all is same procedure as above.
