PCOD-Ayurvedic medication and natural methods

    Hi,

    I am having PCOD and TTC.

    I have started ayurvedic treatment and got my periods within an week. Previously i was on metaformin and was getting periods only after inducing.

    I was asked to take ashokarishtam,Dasamoolarishtam and vayu gulika after food and kashayam in the morning....

    I am asked to take a lot of Til gul....as it is good for PCOD ...I am having now it as a medicine.

    Am asked to stop rice,curd and fried items.

    Hope all this works....

    Waiting for my periods this month......

    Anyone who has undergone patanjali ayurvedic treatment (of ramdev baba) for pcod

    Dear All,

    I am thinking of visiting the patanjali clinic (started by ramdev baba) for ayurvedic treatment of pcod and wanted to know if any of ladies here have taken this treatment. Did it help them in conceiving ?
