The painting part is little bit tricky.
You can easily handle iyas, becose of their small shape
    For kalash
Keep newspaper/cellophane sheet underneath. You apply paint for one-end.let it dry. Then start with the other end.It won't take much time to dry.So can finish it off within a short period.

Use your thump and index finger to hold...try to hold the kalash/pot by keeping your fingers inside.
    Make little rotations.
Then up-side down...apply paint for the bottom portion.

then you can start your decos.Use forceps like ins to stick stones,bindhis,,etc......so that they will intact with.

    Thanks.

    Beads flower
    1. Beads (different colours)
    2. Silver or golden wire
    3. Stem wire
    4. Green colour floral tape
    5. Wire cutter
    6. Binding wire
    Making Technique:
    1. Make a 32"cm long silver wire, take 3 beads in wire and cross the wire back on the 2nd and 3rd bead and pull to tightened, be sure that the 3rd bead is tighten in the center of the wire, so that you have 2 equal length of wire on each side remaining.
    2. Continue this method to add 4 beads and cross the wire through all 4 beads.
    3. Repeat this to adding 6, 8,10,12,14 beads.
    4. String 8 to 10 beads ( according to your bead size) on each size of the remaining silver wire and cross both left and right wire through the first bead.
    5. Make 2 small petals of 14 beads and 4 larger petals of 16 beads.
    6. Take 2 small petals and tie them with floral wire as the rose bud.
    7. Follow this by wrapping and tie another 3 around the bud.
    8. Now at the end, wrap the last 4 larger petals around the rose to look like a complete rose shape.
    9. You can make different colour of roses using the follow method. Now, make the beaded green leaves. Use floral tape to wrap the stem wire.
    10. First of all, adjust the flower on the top of the stem by floral tape and add the leaves one by one the stem. You can also add some rose’s buds in between the leaves.
    11. Now you make one beautiful rose stem. Make 6 stems of these types of beaded flower roses and tie them together to make a beautiful rose bunch
