    Hi,

The frozen parathas are mostly made from maida. So dont give her regularly -- alternatively pillsbury or asoka are wheat i think - do check it and then decide

For an emergency, these are fine but regularly - definitely no

    Hi brindha,

Please don't make a habit of this 'cos child is asking : it is very very very unhealthy ; it is not just maida, but loads of butter and salt in it. Once in a way, ok 'cos growing child . But see even in room temperature, these parathas are hard inside, because of the saturated fat ....... imagine what it would do to arteries if eaten regularly ....

    Regards.
