    I am from Chromepet and want to learn paper quilling. Can you let me know if anyone teaches paper quilling in and around Chromepet.

    Hi Sivasakthi,

    Thank you. Yes there are lot of videos in you tube. However, i wanted to learn the finishing touches and the waterproofing and warnishing methods.. which i am not finding it online. Hence wanted to know if there are any classes in and around chromepet.
