INGREADENTS: ½ KG SPINACH 1 MEDIUM ONION 2-3 GREEN CHILLIS 1DRIED REDCHILLI 1 CUP CURD 8-10 FRESH CURRY LEAVES 1 tbsp OIL 1tbsp CUMIN SEEDS 1 tbsp URAD DAL 1/2tbsp SALT PREPARATION: Wash the spinach, onion and g.chillis fine. Break the red chillis into 2-3 pieces. Beat the curd till smooth. Wash the curry leaves. METHOD: Heat the oil. Put the red chillis and fry till black. Add the cumin seeds and urad dal. As soon as the dal turns red, put in the onions, g.cillis, and fry till the onions turns golden. Lower the heat put the curry leaves, spinach. Stir, cover and cook on low flame till the spinach is tender. Sprinkle in the salt, turn up the heat and cook stirring it till the excess water evaporates. Let it cool, add the curd.
