    Acrylic colors are fabric painting colors , visit craft stores and you may find much better options !

    you can make yr own outliners at home
    just mix the required acrylic color with some fevicol..n achieve at a consistency which is good for using it as outliner..make a cone like we do for mehendi n fill it n use..
    this way u can make outliners of any color of ur choice..even those colors which we dont get in market...:thumbsup
    i have tried this for glass painting..n works great!
