Package tours to NY / NJ from Maryland, DC or Virignia?

    Hello
    My parents have visited us to meet their grand-child. They will be leaving in 2-3 weeks and I will be unable to show them places as my child is very young. Does someone know of any tours that I can register them in. I am looking for something starting from Maryland, Virginia or Washington DC and takes them to NY and NJ for a day or two. Only my mother can speak English so I would like if there are some Indians in the tours in order to help them etc,
