    And I really like the umbrella! I´ve seached for similar bells, but obviously the shops here are selling it not until Christmas XD.

    hey srividya....Happy ganesh chathurdhi first:)and your ganesh is very very very cute
    We always used to get the idol from market and really dint bother abt environment kind stuff ...but when i see my kid growing up now i want to make her learn all the best practises possible...so this year last week saw a vidoe in youtube and decided we have to make eco friendly ganesha using clay....and ended up with a fine one....

    I remember if we were in India, we used to go to friends n relatives houses and visit ganeshjis....and I used to count the # of ganeshas I could see that year:)....

    so our forums is one way of visiting ganeshjis in everyones houses:)

    After pooja do you keep this idol in pooja room or dissolve in water(like we do in India)what you do?Just wanted to know.
