    Dear ladies..

    I have been diagonised with OA and doctor adviced me to reduce my weight. Im 5.6" in heigth weighing 58 kgs which is my idle weight. But he still asked me to reduce below 55. Please advice how to reduce. Is there any food that regrows the cartilage ?

    Regular exercise, Diet control and naturopathic formulations with detox you can easily reduce in one month. yes there are many food groups which should be taken more in such conditions.
