my reporting manager just throws everything on me whatever is asked to look into by other team. I have seen this happening couple of times. Today when she tried to put a task on me, I immediately mailed her keeping higher manager in cc to check with member of some other team. I have two managers in my team and me alone as a technical person. They both are also supposed to look into technical things but they just sit and relax. Today I dropped the mail but am still thinking what happened and what will happen. Because they both belong to one department and I belong to other department. They are already playing politics and trying to remove me from the team so that they can get other resources who belong to their dept.
