Friends,Iwill tell you how to make a humble onion tambli, this is a south kanara dish.Ingredients-onion ,cocanut, medium sour buttermilk and salt.Take 1 medium size onion cut into smallpieces take a small cup of grated cocanut.grind these to a fine paste and mix this with buttermilk. item should not be too watery,this is a great coolant also. try and tell me how is it/? cheers sharada
