    Hi ,
    Iam new to this forum.
    I hope anybody can help,
    I had a miscarriage andthen one ectopic in one year.iam now in metatrix injection and my hcg getting down.
    Already ,i checked my blood test for miscarraige,all came normal.
    Any successful pregnancy stories can really bring positive.iam really down and iam in my 30s.
    Any suggestion for future successful pregnancy.
    Anyone,have done any nk cell test ?
    Any suggestion for ayurvedic treatment and good places in india.
    I thank u all for reading this and ur reply.

    Sorry to hear about ur ectopic.
    I believe u r on methotrexate?
    Which means ur tube was salvaged right ?

    U should wait until the hCG values fall to normal.

    Take a break after that. Allow the body to heal.

    30 is not an issue these days. Don't worry about that..

    U will conceive soon ..

    Try to eat good and bring back the fitness.
    Give it a month gap at least and start with simple exercises. That will allow the body to prepare itself in time.
    Eat healthy food. Include lot of vegetables and fruits. Stay healthy.
    Once your body I'd ready for next conception, get medical help in the early stage. That will help you in next pregnancy. Figure out good ob,/gun who can haldle pregnancy with utmost care. Use their help.

    Hi vasumathy,
    Thanks for your reply and iam trying to keep myself clam, which is the hardest part. As you said, iam will do exercise and eat lot of fruit andvegetables.
