    Hi Swaran,

    Great work!

    I love to put kolam but, after marriage i dropped it, don't know why but have to start it again.
    When i was in my mom's home (School , college days), I use to draw kolam daily by 4.00AM and then only i sit to study, it gives me a good mood to concentrate & i feel fresh.

    On my Second Pongal in Nellai (MIL's home) after marriage, i draw a big kolam alone with borders and 5 to 6 small kolam in car parking area, near stair case steps, etc., started by 10.00 PM and finished by 1.30 PM.
    I have a picture of that also , will check it and post it here soon.

    Now i have a hectic schedule, traveling 3 hours (up & down) to workplace, still your thread tempted me to put again/restart the art, will try and let you know.

    thanks a lot for stepping in with your feedback..
    its so nice to know that you used to regularly put kolam at 4AM ...:thumbsup great :)
    please try to make a kolam (a very small one atleast) inbetween your hectic schedule and post a picture...it would surely be a great encouragement for all of us here..
    would love to see your pongal pictures as well :)

    Today my friend made a kolam.. :) She used to draw nicely.. :)

    Swaran, I'm in first floor.. so there is a little gap between the balcony grill and entrance.. in that only I can draw kolams.. so doing it.. :)
