Hi Kavitha13 I have visited RAGA by Mohan Mutha. They have just launched the project and the price is 1775/- per sq ft. They are going to start the construction from December only. Currently they are doing pre construction work. 2 BHK starts from 15 - 18 lakhs onwards. Possession will be Dec 2012 or so. Place is ok . We are yet to decide on the project, From Oragadam Junction it is 2 kms inside. Temple green By Arun Excello is another major project @ Oragadam. They are quoting around 2800/- per sq ft with all the amenties like clubhouse, gym, cbse school etc etc... I have given u some info based on what i have seen, Will post it if i know something on the project/ development. Thanks

Has anyone booked an apartment in navin housing in semanchery near shollinganallur? They are asking Rs 3600 per sqft. Is it reasonable in that area?
