    Re: oily, sticky danaruff

    Hi Shalini,
First of all let me congratulate as you are getting married :)
Take some amount of Methi powder and make a paste. Apply to the scalp and massage gently. Keep it for 15-20mins and wash. This will help!
Alternatively, you can soak methi seeds overnight and grind them in the morning to make the paste.
Dont take too much of stress. Stress is the major cause for Hair fall !

    Hi Shalini,
    congrats!!!
What Monsi said is very true. You should soak the methi seeds in curd/buttermilk /aloevera gel overnight and grind in the morning and apply, you do this weekly once, for 2 months

    love

    Hi

Recently i got your post ,it only asks me to go for "Conaderm" shampoo
dont I need to do somthing else also?

Many a people ask me to apply Multani mitti on the scalp which I am doing every
after 2 days , this makes my hair dry however hair fall is still not stopped.
Currently I am using Nizorel shampoo, should I discontinue it and start using conaderm?
Please suggest me what else can I go for with continuation of Conaderm shampoo.

    Hi nehakw and shalini05
I too had hair loss before.......u shld apply gingely oil to the portion where do u get hair fall..
I got this advice from my grand mom...
dont apply to much..or else u'll get cold too soon....
Apply the oil before going to bed and when u wake up u'll oil scalp will be wiped off in ur pillow cover and soon u realise hair fall stop.
