Oil Hair To Make It Smooth, Shiny And Banish Frizz

    I have thick wavy hair that tends to frizz.

    2 to 3 times a week I shampoo with Loreal Sulfate-free Shampoo and I condition with Almond Oil.

    I rub my scalp dry and wring my hair dry.

    When I apply little oil on hair after wash, it ends up being too much.

    What is best way to apply oil on hair to make it smooth, shiny and banish frizz.

    I shampoo and condition my hair, which is quite wavy. Then I use the thin Indian cotton towels ( we call them Malayali towels) to wring extra water from my hair. Then when my hair is still damp I put a few drops of argan oil all over my hair, just a little bit. I then use a wide-tooth comb to untangle and clip my hair back till it dries. This really cuts out on the frizz.

    I presume the Argan oil is at the ends (nowhere near the roots!).

    I'm yet to try Argan oil, I heard it can really flatten one's hair. Perhaps I will order soon.

    I put the oil over the top of my head and then a little at the ends. I don’t press it down into the roots. I use very little: literally just a few drops. The best argan oil I have seen is from Evan Healy.

    Do not put the oil on the roots, it will make your hair too oily
