    very much... from now whenever we eat pakora we will talk abt u... i'll try potato and let u know abt it.... when we were having pakora my sys on with ur pakora receipe... i had it with curd rice yummy yumm...

    Hey Gowri, just wanted to tell you that I liked your concept of Oil free pakoras, I read this thread of yours long back and ever since was planning to try it at home...but couldnt for some reason.....but today i definitely want to try this at home.....will tell you tomorrow how well it came...

    by the way what consistency should the batter be??

    What is corn grits? where can I get it...from indian strore or from american strores? Also is it better than besan(garm flour) in taste or nutrition wise?

    I used to make pakoras with besan and corn grits. As I did not have the stock that time, used corn grits.
    About your queries on Corn grits : I got it from American stores. Corn grits are good for health. Tastewise, I find corn grits are crispier than besan. Otherwise, I used to make it with besan in India. After seeing your question, checked the nutrition value of both. Do pls. check in the site:
