    In chemistry we studied about isobars, isotopes and isotones..Will anyone explain in detail? The question related to these topic is very useful...Am not so good in chemistry so i need someone to explain..pls reply

    ISOBARS

    Have same mass number but different atomic numbers..
    e.g. Argon-40, calcium 40, sulphur-40 and potassium-40 are examples of isobars.

    ISOTOPES

    Have same number of protons but different number of neutrons
    e.g. Carbon 12 and Carbon 14 are both isotopes of carbon, one with 6 neutrons and one with 8 neutrons( both with 6 protons)

    ISOTONES
    Have the same number of neutrons but different protons.
    e.g. Boron 12 and carbon 13 have 7 neutrons.
