1. A man ate 100 bananas in 5 days, each day eating 6 more than the previous day..How many bananas did he eat on the first day?

ya 8 is the rit answer dear friends..

 

Let me explain..this is how i think so..
ans:8
explanation:
x+(x+6)+(x+12)+(x+18)+(x+24)=100
5x+60=100
5x=40
x=40/5=8
so x=8
x means the first day...
