Friends.. I used to have belly fat since my marriage, I have tried manyy things but i dint see any change .. but recently I started taking oats in different methods for breakfast and i have seen my tummy fat reducing .. I felt soo happy and wanted to share with all our friends.... But I started adding cinnamon to many of the dishes and baverages too.... I read that it reduces extra fat... Lets share your experiences with Oats !!!
