    oats 1cup
    little sour curd 1/2 cup
    seasonig mustard, urad dhal hing and green chillies.
    soak oats in curd for 10 mnts.season in a kadai and add soaked oats and just cook for 2 mnts.remove an dlet cool.make small balls and cook in idli pani fo rjust 2 mnts.very tasty and healthy.good for dieting people and school lunch box.try :rant

    lots of yummy things you can make with oats.
    Cook oats with little water and add rasam in it and eat.
    Cook and cool the oats and add curd and salt. Then eat with any thing spicy like pickle or sambar or any chutney,

    Cook and add hot or cold milk and then add some cut fruits like banana. Or you can eat after cooling it in fridge.

    you can make upuma or porridge with carrots and onion.

    Oats Dosa (Increase the quantity proportanately for more dosas)
    Soak 1/3 cup rice+1/3 cup urad dal+1tsp methi dana overnight
    Soak 1 cup oats in 1 cup water an hour before grinding
    Grind everything to form batter of smooth consistency
    Ferment (in warm place) for 7 to 8 hours only
    (refrigerate after that otherwise batter may go bad)
    Add salt and make thin, crispy dosas just like regular dosas..
