November 4 weeks challenge

    MRG- no breakfast
    lunch - green gram dhal,rice,rasam,brinjal fry
    dinner ( 6 pm)- 3 crispy tacos.

    no exercise

    Hi, Now I think I want to join in..
    Since of late, I have suddenly gained about 5 kilos in 6 months due to stopping BF and Yoga and stopping my usual walks since a month.. No wonder I have just balloon-ed up.
    I felt very sad due to this sudden weight gain since of late.

    Planning to do SN , diet, and walks
    Today I started with basic yoga and 5 sets of SN; evening will go for a walk

    nov 8th ;
    breakky ;oats with curry
    lunch ; rice + fish fry +yoghurt
    snacks ; one chocolate cake piece
    Dinner ; clear veggie soup


    Nov 9th :
    Breakky : Poori +kilangu
    lunch : rice + fish fried + cabbage sambhar
    Snacks : one chocolate
    Dinner : curried noodles

    Workout : SN - 8 sets and 15 mins walking

    sunday - rest day

    My name is Shriya..I am very much impressed with this thread. Even I have to lose around 15 kgs...I am hypothyroid too...

    Can i join with you guys to keep myself motivated and also to keep a track of what is going inside my mouth......:cry:

    Also, Blessbabydust its indeed an achievement to lose around 22 kgs that tool in a span of a year.

    Kindly give me some ideas for dinner as during night time i feel more hungry...

    welcome to our thread shriya ... yes all ladies motivate each other and we have achieved some amazing results ...:) ... yes 22kgs in a year is a big achievement i have been dedicated for 6 months then month or two just been flexible but then again i start my regime ... diet 70% and exercise 30% is my motto ...

    i know dinner time is a time we all have more time with our family and foods so eat your dinner before 7pm try to eat three rotis with curry and drink 1 litre water after that for two weeks then slowly eat only two rotis and drink 1 litre water you will soon see loads of difference and try to incorporate atleast 20 mins workout -- walking ,gardening , running ,cardio etc etc

    breakky : 2 pooris with kilangu
    Snacks : Fruit (hooray no chocolate hehehe or junk )
    Lunch ; rice with mutton curry +five beans mutton fry
    snacks ; green tea
    Dinner : 2 samosa + green tea+ 1 dosai with beetroot chutney

    Workout : 20 mins gardening work (mowing )

    Food:
    Bfast - 2 slices of bread
    Lunch - Rasam rice small cup 2 servings with Kovakai
    Dinner - 2 slices of bread
    Snacks - I had 4-5 pieces of maida biscuit.

    Exercise:
    LS walk - 3 miles
