November 4 weeks challenge

    Today my goal is to increase water consumption. Getting food control slowly.Starving is reduced defnitely.

    nov 5th ;
    morning ; oats soup with yoghurt + banana
    Snacks ; 2 litre water
    Lunch ; roti with 2 eggs and salads as roll
    Snacks ; one chocolate :(
    dinner ; clear veggie soup

    Workout ;

    light walking only ---

    I have been in and out of this thread couple of times in last 2 years..somehow my motivation to lose weight isnt sustaining long enough..I had achieved my target weight of 114lbs in may 2012..after that i started work and now i am at 121-122 lbs..my problem is my big tummy :-(...I noticed that unless i lose weight i cannot think of pulling it in ...
    so finally here i am ..with 6 weeks to go for my India trip..I am pretty sick of myself on not losing weight..all festivals are done and now I see the time is good for me to stick to some goals...

    My target weight at end of November: 118 lbs with atleast 1-2 inch tummy lost
    To achieve:
    Exercise: 100 miles in November
    Food: Strictly No junk - Includes processed foods, fried foods, dinner before 7pm, fruit serving - atleast 2-3 times/day, Sugar - 1.5 spoons for coffee

    Nov 5 - 3 miles LS walk
    Food - 1 cup coffee,Grilled cheese sandwich,
    1 green tea wth sugar/creamer, grapes,
    dal rice with cucumber/curd,
    green tea, 1 apple, 2 biscuits,
    1 adai,1 chappathi with greens and chole


    I will weigh myself tomorrow for exact weight and inches

    Nov 5th was not very successful.As i went out i couldnt drink water as i promised neither my food was erratic. Will be back today with my diet and water.

    Hi fits ,
    no problem... Slowly you can increase ur water in take . You can do exercise extra time as ur punishment. No punishment is needed , just concentration n dedication.

    early mrg and nite - warm water with cinnamon powder n honey
    mrg - 1 bowl oats with salt
    mid mrg - 1 apple
    lunch- 2 phulka with beetroot curry
    eve - homemade 1/2 bowl gaugomole
    Dinner ( 6.20 pm) - 3 poori with masal

    exercise:
    55 min Leslie sans one 4 mile fast walk
    20 min xbox table tennis n foot ball

    paddubala first dont stress just enjoy your body currently then you slowly make changes to it 1st week introduce 20 mins walking atleast 3-4 days in a week then try avoiding fried items for a day then two days and so on you will not crave for it .. there is no spot reduction tummy is the last fat to reduce so unless you do full workout you will not see any difference ... try doing walking or jogging to see instant results in abdominal space.then you should also stretch your full body i see instant results if i incorporate walking for a month and pilates alternate days to harden the tummy in saying that if u forget the exercise for two months you will see you tummy tuck out so be cautious about it ...

    Dinner : home made mutton pizza X 3 pieces
    Drinks : 2 green tea
