    Hi ILs,

I have been using Sujata Atta for a very long time, chapati's /puris come real osft and Fluffy. I like them a lot, as i went for my vacation and noticed that Sujata brand is not available anywhere. Thats a big dissapointment!!!.

I'm fussed about what to use next.. :bonk .

one of my friend uses Durhma / or drum Atta . which looks good.

I know lot of Atta brands use wheat flour & maida mixed , so need to look up good flour and get best out of it..

    Hi Priya,

if you are living near Sunnyvale, Santa Clara then you can try to get Pillsbury Atta/ Sujatha Atta in Bharath Bazar. I saw it day before yesterday also.

    Hey all,
I just got sujatha multi grain atta. According to the package it has maize, soy, barley, etc, sounded healthy so got them.. Dough was easy to make and rotis did come out soft too.. It was like $15/20 lb. Think will stick on to this unless I get Annapurna atta which is my fav.
