No milk, only 16 oz pediasure 2 times a day in a bottle for 2 yr old dd

my DD was on Lactogen-3 followed by Lactogen-4 till she turned 2 year last month and then she is on Pediasure vanilla once in the afternoon and once during her bedtime (total 12 spoonful powder making 16 oz pediasure ) 2 times a day in a bottle .I thought I am substituting milk with pediasure, but I found other kids her age taking plain Mother Dairy or Amul ,Metrodairy milk or mixed with Complan/ Bournvita.I was told that Pediasure is better than other health drinks so I am giving her that. Should I reduce the amount of pediasure to one bottle a day and introduce whole milk to her another time? if so what milk should I give her and how much?she had severe milk protein allergy in the first year (she was talking hypoallergenic nutramigen formula)and then it stopped.Please guide me for her proper diet plan and milk or /and pediasure intake.thanks
