It is important to know about the basics of intimate life btw couple. Try and do your best in the way u like. this has no references. Getting satisfied is a big word and it is differs from person to person. So dont compare yourself with your friends.. just be in you and enjoy the happenings.. instead if u always have these thoughts in your mind.. you may miss to realise the real satisfaction.

    all the verybest.

    Re: Mastrubation

First of all, Please dont think that u are taking about some thing prohibited. Its quite common in every man and women.. it is said its common in animals too.. ( Read somewhere) so NO one needs to forgive you. :)

Yes its good to masturbate to keep you healthy not only mentaly but physically too. It is also used as a stress buster. I wont say it is a MUST, but it can happen in any one. As long as u are aware of what u do, masturbation is good.

    Problems with intimacy

Hi everyone, I am new here...i am living in Perth now in Australia. I did not put my real name on my id which i hope is ok. I have been married for 5 months now but just joined DH in perth in the last 2 months. My DH is very loving and kind and we always have lots of things to talk about and he is funny. Our only problem is in the bedroom because both of us are not very experienced although i did have one incident during college (which was a big mistake..however i told my hubby about it and he is not jealous or angry for which im thankful)...

My problem is whenever we try and have sex, once he is inside me he loses his erection after a minute or so and then we cannot continue the act. Also, i dont feel anything much and sometimes have to act like i do even though i dont feel anything..this makes me feel very bad. :( i dont want to be acting like that when this is so important a matter in our marriage. I only feel him slightly and im not sure whether this has anything to do with size. What is the normal size for men? I saw some video clips online to check and all of it seems much bigger..but it was mostly western men, is indian men different?. So i dont know...However i have never said anyting coz i dont want to upset him. But i am at a loss and i dont know what to do. I just dont know whether this is normal..Please advise

    Re: Problems with intimacy

    hi,
newly married couple do face such problems.trick is not to think too much about getting the so called climax.just think of the intamicy u both are sharing.concentrate more on the pleasure u get from hugs, kisses & cuddles.u will soon get more confident & experimental.women on top is best way to feel that something.............
the things u seen in **** is just for show.never ever compare in ur mind & never tell ur dh that u think about his size.

Intimacy is not only a physical act, try to relax and enjoy the foreplay and try to build up the excitement, and then you can go for next stage. Does he ejaculate prematurely?

    Re: Problems with intimacy

I don’t think the problem is with the size, I think the problem is loosing erection, forget about intercourse and enjoy being together for a while and use your hands and see how he is reacting, if that does not help then you have to consult a physician, it’s a delicate subject to bring up with your DH but take it slow. If you still want to know the average size then go to Wikipedia Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and search for Human penis size, they have a detailed information about this topic.

No, size does not matter. My dh faced a similar problem early in our marriage. We consulted a psychologist and he mentioned that its because my dh got overexcited and thus ejaculating early on. The problem is a mental one and will get better once you start doing it frequently. Try this technique: Stimulate him by hand, and the trick is that he should not ejaculate. Men come to know when they are about to ejaculate. Tell your dh that as soon as he feels excited he should ask you to stop. Then repeat the whole thing again for two times. Its called as start and stop technique. You can read more about it online. Do this every alternate days for few weeks. Your dh should not ejaulate throughout this exercise. The whole point of this exercise is that the man learns to delay his ejaculation and maintains sufficient erection for a longer time.

Later when you attempt intercourse, your dh would have had gained some control on it and with frequent attempts, he will last longer:) I can swear by this technique and this works.

If this does not work, the doctor would recommend a physical examination.. Initially we went to a general physician, he prescribed 'Cialis' to my dh and asked him to use it before we plan on doing IC, just to give confidence. But we saw the psychologist and that technique worked.

Dont get frustrated, many married couple face somewhat similar problems. Its just a matter of time and everything will get resolved.

My Husband asks for more always

My husband needs to have oral every time and asks frequently. In the initial days I could not do it. But some how I adjusted because of my husbands liking. Is it hygienic to have oral. What precautions need to be taken. He asks frequently. I am unable to do it because of tight schedule. I do not know whether my enjoyment is complete. Within few seconds of full lubrication in me, he ejaculates. Is he should do it longer after lubrication happens in me. How long ?
